The Holiday Season is upon us and teachers across Long Island are active in Toy Drives. LongIslandTeachers.org has put together a list of educational toys, with help from the Plainedge Federation of Teachers, Levittown United Teachers and the Bay Shore Classroom Teachers Association. You can purchase these educational toys at any toy store and some were made right here in the USA. Educational toys like board games, flash cards and learning software stimulate a child’s creative process. These toys are fun too!
